I am sick with bronchitis and so I set up Spook2 for the first time and selected bronchitis 1 & bronchitis 2. I used remote and feeling pretty much horrible that next day. Does this sound like a Herz reaction?

Yes, it can be a rough ride, as sometimes the little buggers don't want to die, or have already stimulated physical reactions within the body and then there is also dealing with whatever "remains" there are to get rid of. It is all part of the process.
