Why the plasma won't shut off when the program ends on its own?

When the Plasma doesn't shut down when stopping the generator after a Plasma session, it wasn't working properly. At some point, the USB signal was interrupted and the generator no longer had control. Basically, if the tube isn't blinking, it isn't working, as the gating commands are not getting to the generator, to be passed on to the Central unit.

I am having this issue currently with some programs, as well. Anytime these issues arise, it is very difficult to find the answer, as we are dealing in essentially a noise being attracted to a wire and interrupting the USB communications. It is hard to say what is the susceptible component. It could be anything attached to the generator or to the computer, how the high-energy cables are arranged, and probably other conditions.
