Why do both the control page and generator say it's 10v when Cold Laser needs 20v amplitude and -100% offset?

1. The use of 20v amplitude is peak to peak. In other words, the generator produces +10 to -10 volts. When we apply the negative 100% offset, we are limiting the voltage to -10v so this is correct.

If we were to set the amplitude to 10v with a negative 100% offset, the generator would then only produce -5 volts.
