I have a female who wants to increase estrogen naturally, but she has had a Hysterectomy some years ago. My understanding is that estrogen is primarily produced in the ovaries, if so does anybody have any suggestions may even of help for this situation?

You and your friend may be in luck. There are more than a few Estrogens in the database. Estradiol is one of them. The body uses at least 3 different Estrogens. Estradiol, Estriol, and Estrone. The first being the main one.

If her ovaries were removed, she will probably also want a little bit of Testosterone, which women produce in the ovaries in small quantities. Might as well through in the progesterone too. Its also produced in the ovaries.

Fun fact: Women have more testosterone receptors in their brains than men do.

If she were taking herbs, she' might take Black Cohosh for the estrogen and wild yam for the progesterone. Then some dong quai to balance them out. But they don't always work for everyone. Supplement quality is a factor too.

I'm curious how well frequencies work for her to substitute the hormones.

When all the right hormones are there in the right ratios, she will feel her best.

If I look for Estradiol I get two hits "Hot Flashes" and "Hot Flashes 2". In the description of those two programs there is a reference to Estradiol.

You could also load then Molecular Weight database in the systems tab . There are a lot more hits for Estradiol there.
