What protocol would you suggest for Back pain L4 and L5, Idiopathic intercranial hypertension, arthritis, migraines?

1. I'm hoping others will chime in. However, I have arthritis in my neck. I also suffer from migraines due to it as well, and while my back pain is more like a neck pain, I think I can relate.

I use the Kundalini - JK preset to address all 3 of those issues quite well. Without it running, I'm susceptible to a very bad day -- less so now than a year ago.

Now that I have had it running for a year, maybe longer, I'm convinced my arthritis is reverting, my neck does not bind as much, and is more flexible.

I do from time to time, target the arthritis directly with targeted programs, but mostly rely on the plasma 8 hour overnight sweeps and biofeedback to do that function.

I couple the Kundalini - JK preset with the Schumann Resonator to provide a totally different reality than I used to have and have two generators dedicated to these remote program because they make such a difference for my situation.

Yes I'm partial to them having put them together, but I can't take credit for the substance that really makes those presets. I just built them using the great information others have contributed. The source of each component that goes into both presets and why are documented in the notes if you wish to really learn more.

In any event, I would start with those 2 while you acquire additional methods from others and your own research.

Both presets are located in the Heal collection.

2. Syphilis and gonorrhoea affect the lumbar area, you'll need to treat both, you and your partner.

3. And since herpes likes to hang out & cluster around the spinal ganglia:
If one has had issues w/ herpes you must be aware of that, addressing the viral aspect.

4. Stretch your ham strings really.

5. The built-in preset "Heal > Remote > Kundalini (R) - JK" would be worth trying as it has spine related frequencies. Will need several weeks I suspect.

Another favourite of mine is Sciatica 1 (CAFL); add it to one of the Healing shell presets, such as Healing (R) - MM
Should get a reaction within a day or so if it improves anything.
