Parasites are active during the full moon. Is this correct?

1. Everything has cycles. For instance your sleep patterns are regulated by the rise and fall of the sun.

There is research to suggest that parasitical breeding cycles rise and fall with the moon, and that they are most successfully dealt with during this time.

I can not personally attest to this, but this is the source and reason for the question.

2. Yes. Parasites have a cycle and most are active during the full moon. Some are more active during the new moon. But they all follow the moon cycle.
