Does anybody has some experience with treating gout? A friend of mine had huge pains in the toe. He went to the doctor who told him that he has gout and needs to change drastically his eating habits. Any suggestions about what he should eat and what not?

1. Shellfish, alcohol, and especially red wine are the usual culprits.

2. And I think also red meat (usually pork) is one of the big NO in gout.

3. Your friend's system is TOO ACIDIC. Eat that which promotes ALKALINITY and avoid that which promotes acidity. Plenty of web sites available for detailed lists of foods.

Also, CHERRIES are supposed to be very beneficial for the gout inflicted.

4. Try "Gout CAFL" and "Gout XTRA" programs. Also run "Joint Inflammation" programs.
Use both Plasma and Remote non stop.

  • Penny is right about the diet for gout sufferers. If I can add; lots of raw vegetables, and reduce sucrose and fructose (sugars) intake. Get your friend to detox as soon as possible. He must drink loads (4 litres per day) of water. Try to drink the water with a squeeze of fresh lemon in it. This helps to reduce the uric acid in the body. Once he has relief from running Gout CAFL and Gout XTRA programs, he should also run programs for Kidney Insufficiency, to get his kidneys performing correctly and filtering out the uric acid from his blood. If possible, he should also subject his kidneys to ultrasound. This helps to break down the accumulation of uric crystals around the valves to his kidneys, which made them become inefficient in the first place.
