It is not recommended. Current flow will take the shortest path to ground.
You could have the 320v of the SC go to the XM and cause issues.
This is also why using two or more more generators in contact mode is not recommended.
You can; however, use both outputs of one single generator to drive 2 sets of TENS for 4 contact pads.
This is because both Out 1 and Out 2 share a common power supply.
Wire one set of TENS to Out 1 directly, and the other to Out 2 directly.
Switch the preset from inverse+sync to Follow Out 1.
Note that with 4 TENS pads, you can not use the boost. Therefore; while coverage will be better, the output power will be one quarter the strength.
