1. This Program is in the Programs database. It is a Sweep that covers 6 to 12Hz over 900 seconds (15 minutes). I haven't run it to know what the resolution is, ie, what the step size is between frequencies and how often the frequencies change.
This obviously is supposed to help the Immune System, but I haven't searched each frequency within the range to see what each frequency helps, etc.
2. 6 Hz range over 15 minutes equates to a sweep speed of: 0.00667 Hz per second.
Since the generator has 5 decimal points of accuracy with frequencies below 600 Hz, it will increment 0.00667 Hz ever second.
Given that the generator is being updated 8 times a second (default gate of 4 Hz), it will update the generator and increment the frequency by roughly 0.00008 Hz ever update.
The math to calculate the above is as follows:
12 Hz - 6 Hz = 6 Hz to cover.
15 Minutes * 60 Seconds = 900 Seconds to run
6 Hz / 900 Seconds = 0.0066666666 Hz / second (rounded to 0.00667 Hz), and this divided by 8 updates a second = 0.000083375 Hz, rounded to 0.00008 Hz
