Could Spooky2 nearly do the same thing as bluetens to relieve muscle aches, muscle contractures or perform electrotherapy massages? Also, is it possible to add an in-line resistor that would turn the millecurrent to microcurrent?

The commented device is a signal generator which delivers a waveform at a certain freq. Knowing the waveform used, and the frequency at which it is delivered, I think it could be done by Spooky for sure.

Regarding the resistors, I also think that using the right resistor, you can set the output current into the desired range. With the help of a multitester capable of reading microamps, you can try several resistors until the desired amperage is reached.
