I used the Phanotron bulb. In the beginning it was great and it got rid of pain that has been bugging me all year. But after a few days I started getting a kind of soreness pain in a couple of places close to where I held the tube.

1. I find it very challenging myself to recovery from soreness, and or pain that has not been identified. I think its best to have a name put to sharp, sore pain and then go from there. If this were to happen to me, I would probably go to a Dr. and ask them to identify what this problem is from? This would help me create a better strategy with plasma and rife. I myself like to know why my body is having sharp, sore pain, yes easier to accelerate health recovery with spooky2 tech.

2. I'm sorry that you are having such a difficult time with the Phanotron, maybe it is just too strong for you right now causing too much die off of pathogens (you don't say which presets/programs/frequencies you are running), or maybe you just have to experiment a bit, or go more slowly. Have you tried using the Phanotron as a far field treatment, from a few feet away? Do you get the soreness when running different frequencies with the Phanotron? Do you get the same reaction when running the same frequencies in Contact mode? Does the Phanotron give you the same pain when running frequencies from the biofeedback scan...or using Detox programs? It will probably take some experimentation to discover exactly what causes you this extreme reaction, then you will be able to work out a treatment plan for yourself.

3. Ideally you don't want to use phanotron more than 1 hr a week, although you can get away with 1 hr every 3 - 4 days.

4. Rifing is a very personal experience that can be fine-tuned for each individual. My SC with phanotron arrived 10 days ago and I have been following the M&L 3.0 Protocol which runs for around 8 hours every night. However, everyone is different, and while included Presets are invaluable, we all have to take responsibility for finding our own limits with this amazing device.
