When I use hand cylinders, I am using a present with 50/50% duty cycle and the amplitude was 10 volts. I couldn't hold on to it! About using the hand cylinders, any suggestions?

Make sure to try the Reduce Amplitude is clicked...

Also, try using the CS port.

According to most of advanced users, the amplitude levels for contact should be minimum of 7V for each Out1 and Out2 when using Boost. This makes 14V total, which is supposedly the minimum to penetrate the skin resistance.
