2. I have very good experiences with:

Back Pain
Back Spasms
Muscle Cramp
Muscle Cramps/Spasms
Muscle Spasticity

I put the electrodes next to my spine at the hip level, on the muscle, never on bone.
It helped me many times, with H bomb and also with 11th harmonics preset shells.

4. You can perhaps start using the BFBTool to ascertain the reason for the back pain. Sometimes chasing pain only confuses. You have a really wonderful rig to set up both BFBTool and utilize all those XM's for the suggestions given above. In addition, I would try Seratonin and any pain relief programs.
I am adding too that anything with frequencies found in something like Tennis Elbow can be used on the lower back in a Healing preset.
