For these programs "diverticulitis, intestinal diseases, sinusitis, rhinitis..." I use the preset "killing JK" because I don't know if it is only an inflammatory or an infection and I think it is the both.

If you are not getting results you desire after running a few days, I recommend using the User Guide or software video course to know how to apply feathering, 11th Holland or shadowing settings to your kill program. These things have helped me better than Killing JW which may not get the frequency into the higher MOR range.

Killing Preset should work fine with any "its" program, as they are generally, some pathogen causing the inflammation.
