This morning whilst using contact I was eating my breakfast and I was getting electric shocks every time my tongue touched the spoon. Does anyone know what is happening? Is it safe?

1. The spooky is not meant to be near any metal when you set it up. Or when using it. So my guess us the frequencies are causing more electromagnetism around you. Hence the metal soon feeling electric. I thought you were just meant to relax whilst doing contact. Not do anything. It would I think over stimulate your entire body.

2. With Contact, the energy is electrical current at the frequency. Since current always follows the path of least resistance, is says that through the arm, spoon, mouth path is lower resistance than any other alternate path. Possible remedies to shocking your tongue - basically anything to increase resistance in this path - a non-metal spoon, a nylon or rubber glove。
