3. On the Terrain-Mercury program, can you stop the program and then at a later date restart it where you left off? for example on day 5?

Many of us don't have FB, as we've no interest in supporting the Zuck. I need to find another way to solve how to re-start my accidentally stopped Detox program. Thanx.
