1. I put a drop of blood on a small strip of paper and let it dry completely. I change it every other day when I use blood. 30 days for fingernails.
2. Blood degrade in 3 days nails are better as the keratin in nails stabilizing DNA.
3. When I use blood, I also inc a nail. If I don’t feel like pricking myself in a couple of days, I know I am still receiving frequencies through the nail.

I believe you can stabilize blood in a glass vial with alcohol but I'm looking for accurate info to use this with my Spooky2 Remote. Any info is appreciated.
