1. Depends on parasites and that depends on what you're targeting I would suggest that you go through the ML protocol and that pretty much covers all your bases takes a while with four generators five months you don't want to kill off the big ones because they have their own parasites and then you unleash them on you.
2. The 6 month 4 generator protocol for M+L IS a parasite cleanse. But it's not as powerful as the plasma version. I think it also depends on what you are trying to tackle and why. You might also want to do Hulda Clark zapping using your XM generators too. It may take more work than remote alone.
