The water does have the low frequency from the EMF but not much, as low frequencies take longer to imprint. The EMF is not absorbed and retained. Only the frequency of 50 or 60 Hz.

....which is what EMF is!! The frequency IS EMF - electromagnetic frequencies. you cant use Rife technology without encountering EMF - it is THAT! it only harms you when its at a dissonant frequency.
