Put some drops of CBD oil in a glass jar, or put the entire bottle on the receiver coil. Remove the lid if it is plastic. At the same time, you can also put a glass of water on the transmitter coil and drink the water after the session. It is best not to use too big glass, and a small one is sufficient.
