What can I do if my remote light is not on?

1. If you would like remote help, install TeamViewer (free for noncommercial use). Post when you are ready, your country/time zone, and somebody will message you with contact details to arrange a suitable meeting time.

2. Remote light can be on or dim as a result of amplitude, waveform, and frequencies included. Did you run a signal test? You can find this preset in the Miscellaneous preset collection under the programs tab. If it can flash on both sides using the remote, it means they are working; if not, you can contact our service via Livechat at the Spooky2-mall site or email our service: service@spooky2-mall.com.

3. Not all frequencies and waveforms will light up the boost and Remote. If you are unsure of your connection, in the Presets tab under >Miscellaneous, run Generator Signal Test (R) - JW. Also, with the GX, sometimes the lower port number is on G1, but it will be G2. Make sure your port number on the GX display matches the software's port number. Cleanse Blood is preset 11. Here is a table mapping day to preset number: Lookup the day in the left column of the table below, and the last number is the preset number. Load the Terrain protocol into a generator, and in the Presets field, type in the preset number into the Preset field and then type the Tab key, then click Start. This will jump to the correct preset for a particular day. In the case of Day 6, jump to Preset 6.
