1. I used graded scans and put everything shingles in there to target for me. Contact through the night. I know it made it easier for me because I worked every day.
2. Do a search for chicken pox as well and muscle test to see if you should use any of those frequencies. Off the top of my head I think it is herpes 4 for shingles. So check out the spooky disease dictionary as well
3. It’s been a while, but I found an anti-viral program in MW that worked well with mine. Took the pain right away when I ran it. I think it came up when I searched for shingles.
