1. I think they are all effective, though maybe contact with TENS Pads may possible be effective the fastest. I like delivering frequencies to my body with all Spooky2 delivery tech. So these viral, fungal, bacteria they are sneaky. I want to get them from every angle. The next delivery system I am doing is food bath. It uses hand cylinders excellent for detox.

2. If you want to kill some pathogens, I think TENS Pads may be more effective than PEMF coil with XM. As I understand, PEMF coil directly connected to XM is mainly for healing.
