Is that normal when the frequencies go above KHz to MHz the led lights go out on the Spooky2 Boost and Remote?

Yes, this is normal.

The LEDs are always blinking. When the frequency is low, we can see it. When it is faster (kHz for example) it is so fast, they look solidly lit. When they get very fast (MHz) they never get a chance to fully illuminate before being turned back off.

Amplitude used and waveform selection will change when this threshold becomes apparent.
