1. Here are some you could work with.
I would also search "Balance" and "Normalize", as well as "Meridians" to see the plethora of organ system programs that may be used to balance the systems within the body.
There is truly a vast library of programs at your fingertips to explore and find help for anything within the body.
2. Here's the standard post op nutrition advice I've give my patients and those who write me: Protein: high quality i.e. milk, eggs and meat. One gram per kilo of body weight. Mostly for the building blocks for epithelial tissue i.e. skin, muscle and internal organs. Zinc Citrate: 100 elemental mg daily. Zinc is the essential primary mineral building block of ALL epithelial tissue and the 15 to 30 mg RDA is great to keep a one ounce lab mouse from getting a macro deficiency disease but woefully inadequate for a full sized human especially one healing from surgery. Magnesium: 1000 mg elemental mineral daily. Mag is the most abundant mineral in soft tissue and muscle spasm, contracure and slow healing happen with out it. Vit. A: 10,000 to 25,000 IU daily. Essential for the proper healing of skin and the internal organs. Zymessence Systemic Enzyme: 1 or 2 capsules 2x daily; to speed healing, reduce inflammation and prevent the over production of post op scar tissue.
