If can see the color red light up on all Remotes, then they are all good. Remotes behave differently depending on what they are Rifing. If some of the Remotes are not alight with the color red, that means they are not Rifing. When this happens to me, I make sure I am running the most up to date software. I then turn everything off. I take out the cables from Spooky2 to a computer and clean off ends, and then plug cables into different USB ports in a hub or computer. I then restart computer and Spooky2's...most of the time this activates the Remote lights.
