Many users shorten the default dwells to approximately one-third by entering a value of .35 in the Dwell Multiplier fields, and use repeat values of 4 for sets, and 5-30 for Programs, depending on the condition.
Others prefer to use the default dwells for most frequency sets, with repeats of 1 for sets and 4-10 for Programs. There’s merit in both approaches.
As always with Rife, it's best to experiment to see which produces the best results for you.
