My Remote LEDs stopped working after I upgraded Spooky2 software to 2016 Feb. version.

There may be a couple of things that have changed and improved the way Spooky handles the presets. You now have a subdirectory called Presets, if you copy your old presets from C:\Spooky2\Users to C:\Spooky2\Presets (or where you chose to install Spooky) then the new version should find them.

There has also been a change in the way Spooky loads the waveforms. Your presets may show the wrong waveforms, if so you will have to edit and save the presets.
