1. Nail specimens may be best renewed each month.
2. Whenever you clip your nails., I do mine every 2 weeks. leaving it longer then a month can weaken the signal in my opinion. Best to change up regularly. Thank Heavens that God gave you many fingers to choose from so you can update it more frequently if you wish.
