If you have Spooky Central you can run PEMF, Contact and Ultrasonic off the Central at the same time as your Plasma. In fact, it is highly recommended you do so for Cancer protocols if you have the Central.
Targeted PEMF is usually best for cancer as PEMF deals with pain. You would put the coil over the relevant area.
