2. Take some niacin or red rice yeast if you are concerned enough to take something apple cider vinegar, some of the really good fats like coconut oil. Cholesterol gets high because its healing something usually caused by inflammation. That's what I would look at inflammation.
3. Carrot juice is really good for lowering cholesterol like crazy good.
I have been including Minerals - Vanadium & also Copper, w/ the regimen I've chosen.
Also Essential oil - Helichrysum!
It's important to Do some "Spooky-surfing," & read the notes - you learn a lot!
Also, one must realize that cholesterol usually is a response to too much inflammation in the body.
I've one remote dedicated to cholesterol; the other for various inflammation frequencies.

4. Cholesterol is the body's way of protecting arteries from damage caused by inflammation. One of the biggest culprits is sugar NOT fats. Stop eating all sugar, just eat organic veggies, limit starchy root veggies, eat berries, limit most fruit, and eat grass-fed meat and whole eggs, and watch what happens.

Protect your glycocalyx. Also, niacin helps a lot.
10. Cholesterol is created by the body to stop valves from closing permanently due to lack of vitamin C. 12. Part of the problem is a diet high in dead oxidized sugars and oils where the body is using low energy to make the LDL cholesterol the body badly needs for making all hormones the body needs. Raw fruits improve LDL, good oils never heated such as coconut & olive oil help.
The other part of the problem is trying to make too much cholesterol to fight inflammation in the body, but even worse is the person has so much stress and negative emotions that the adrenal glands are getting fatigued and worn out that they can barely make the hormones the body needs and the body is calling for more LDL cholesterol than the adrenals can convert to hormones. All grain products are considered low energy dead sugars and all processed or heated oils are considered oxidized oils.
I once had elevated LDL cholesterol and my Dr. prescribed niacin and statins that did little to lower my cholesterol only to lead to more health problems. I eliminated most dead sugars from my diet that I replaced with lots of raw fruits. I also eliminated all grain products from my diet. I eliminated all medicines. I rarely consume processed foods. I eliminated all sodas. I also take a can of tuna fish or salmon and add olive oil (almost daily) and guacamole that I add some dried herbs and other spices almost on a daily basis. And a big part is I do my best to manage stress & get negative thoughts out of my head. It took me over 20 years to make all these changes, however my cholesterol naturally went from high elevation levels to normal.
So the bottom line is you need LDL cholesterol to make all hormones on a daily basis. You need a diet of good sugars and oils. And you need to reduce the need for stress hormones that are robbing our body of cholesterol needed for other hormone functions. And after making all the above diet and stress management changes, my LDL cholesterol was within the normal range, however when I purchased the Spooky2 Scalar, I found the Scalar to really relax my adrenals to take my body to an all-time improved state. I'm still not clear how this Spooky2 Scalar works, but you can use it to improve your cholesterol levels by the way it relaxes the adrenal glands and helps deal with stress. I have the other Spooky2 Rife equipment and none of it ever did what the Scalar can do for the adrenal glands. If anyone needs help fighting high LDL cholesterol, the diet changes will do the job, however this Spooky2 Scalar took everything to an all new level when it comes to falling asleep and relaxing the adrenal glands. And this was after using the Spooky2 Rife for years to fight Lyme & EBV that seemed to never go away.
As for the diet, I also used to juice carrots with parsley and other produce where I added a little EV olive oil to my juice and drank that. So sugars in the form of live enzymes and cold pressed olive oil helps. But anyone with the money for the Spooky2 Scalar, I do encourage they add this because it sure speeds things up. And when you make less stress hormones, your body is able to make more human growth hormones to repair the body without needing more LDL cholesterol.

Easiest way to lower cholesterol = skip all the pills etc, eat oatmeal for breakfast - the scottish ( rough chopped) or large flake ( NOTquick cooking or instant ). To prevent blood sugar spikes, soak the oatmeal over night.
The readings should improve quickly to normal. In fact they should go to Optimal. Eating something else occasionally for breakfast won't cause the readings to get worse (from Optimal).
