Compared with XM, why does GenX have less frequency matches in the reverse lookup?

The GenX scan covers a higher frequency range and frequencies above the program frequencies will have very few matches.

GenX scan has a much higher range, so many of the frequencies in the range are not in the database. Any frequencies up there will not find matches in the database, so much less "matches".
