Where do toxins go when you run the detox program? How toxins are excreted with frequencies?

The toxins move out through the normal pathways after they are stimulated to work better. Kidneys dump out urine, while liver and lymph move out fecal matter. If those are overwhelmed, skin and lungs are other big pathways, but some even move through tear ducts when things are very busy. Hair and nails can also help, but they are very slow, low volume pathways.

When detoxing, it is important to drink lots of water to flush out these toxins via your kidneys and liver. And you can also take something like Zeolite or charcoal to mop up toxins excreted by kidneys and bowels.
