What should I do when the Spooky2 Pulse is not detected?

You need to plugged the Spooky2 Pulse directly into your laptop. Also, if the Pulse does not register in the System tab under the "Connected Hardware" listbox, Spooky is not seeing your Pulse.
So try a different USB port. Does any of the lights on the Pulse light up? If not, perhaps you have a bad cable.
Also, if you can't get the pulse to register, unplug the Pulse, and in Spooky remote all the phantom ports. This is described in the Spooky2 User's Guide, search for phantom.
