Can I run the Terrain protocol 24/7, 365 days a year?

I've run the Terrain protocol continuously for over 3 months, with no detriment. If you are in good health, it shouldn't hurt to run it for a year, but I don' think it is necessary. I think its probably better to run it periodically (say once a month) rather than continuously, as your body can become accustomed to it.
