1. Please input ligaments since a sprained ankle is pulled ligaments and of course pain & inflammation. Don't forget elevation and the good old ice pack & wrapping with ace bandage are tried and proven. So, I guess I'm saying, even though Spooky2 does wonders, it doesn't mean that you can walk all over on sprained ankle while you are running sets.
2. I rolled my ankle on Monday at 10:30 AM, rifed all day immediately after, contact mode using the ligament programs, over night and today remote with the healing and Regeneration, now walking with very little pain if any. Swelling is going down now as well. I consider this the fastest healing for this type of injury I have experienced (not my first sprain).
