When I began, my body would ache with 10-20v. I changed all the programs to 3-5v.
As time went on and now after 3 years of rifing, my body does not seem to ache at 10v.
20v does not mean the program was more effective. 5v may be the best. Jeff explained this well one time which I can not.
But can say we can test each program and see if our body is aching, feeling jittery, feeling depressed. If so, perhaps reduce the amplitude.
