I read a warming that you shouldn’t use squarewaves + pemf... + I don’t get it... the man who invented pemf Robert Dennis says that the best/ only way to use pemf by using square waves. Could you explain why you suggest not to use them.

The magnetic field of a coil is sinusoidal, even if a square wave is applied. Robert Dennis did not invent PEMF. He invented ICES. That requires square waves.
