How to get lactobacillus out of the bladder without killing all of it in the gut?

I would probably try to a contact session or two each day with the Tens pads placed as low as possible on abdomen to put as much contact as possible on the bladder, and as little as possible through the rest of the digestive tract...

My only question is, "How do you know it is a lactobacillus overgrowth that is the problem?"
