The sleep program does not run frequencies to put you to sleep. It runs frequency programs to restore normal operating function to your sleep cycle. Therefore it is designed to run 24/7.
Given that this will take time to normalize and restore proper function, the time to run this is recommended at 12 to 21 days, or more if this is what it takes.
So to run just before and during bedtime is a misnomer as it is not putting you to sleep.
