While running Terrain or other programs, do I have to worry about Kefir or other probiotics that I make at home?

It depends on what DNA you put in the remote, what programs you run via plasma, etc...

If you have some kefir on your fingernail before you cut it and put it in the remote, then run frequencies that kill bacteria, you are probably going to kill it.
If however, it is only your DNA in the remote, I don't think the probiotic growing outside the body will be damaged.

If you run a broad spectrum antibiotic frequency set or sweep via plasma, it will probably kill the kefir.
