What would be a good treatment plan for psychosis in general? I'm really struggling right now with anhedonic feelings, extreme resentment, overamplification of negative effects from psychic abilities...

1. I can think of a few things that would be helpful, but my best suggestion would be to watch this Youtube. There are 6 parts I believe.

It is about Hono 'opono and I use it regularly.

This will get you on the road and also I suggest taking Bach Flower essences "Rescue Remedy". It is a homeopathic available at most health food stores or online.

Mix up the RR this way.

Get a bottle of RR which is about 10 - 15 dollars.
Get an empty dropper bottle of 30 ml or 1 ounce in size (roughly) This will be the doser bottle. Like this:

Put four drops of the RR in the empty dropper bottle (doser bottle) and then fill up the rest of the bottle with clean water.

Then put one drop of that mixture (from the doser bottle) in your normal drinking bottle per ounce of water. ie. 8 ounces of water in the drinking bottle, then you put 8 drops from the doser bottle.

Then sip on this all day, as often as you think about it. It is not about quantity, but about the number of times per day. One drop of this is all that is required but do it often.

You cannot overdose or do it too often BTW.

Then you know that you are not your Feelings, you only have them. They are like clouds in the sky. You don't have to identify with them. And they could not kill you anyhow.

But if you don't know who you really are, then you have-to cling to them. Because you don't know. Who you are.

Then you say: I am a helpless person because there is the Feeling of helplessness within me.

The "I AM" is Primary but mostly overlooked, the other things (like feelings and thoughts) are Secondary.

You can be without any Feelings or Thoughts.

Nothing else is Meditation. Being without thinking or feeling. Look at them as a secondary reaction because they are.

(And yes I also have to learn this. I have the same problems with my unwanted feelings and thoughts as every Person.)

4. I think kinesiology may help a little, they can align your energy so you feel more balanced in your life. If you have the money Chim Floux Aviva. I have Lyme and I find it a good remedy for giving you a sense of wellbeing, its homeopathic and works at all levels. The booklet I have just read says it helps with this kind of thing. They say it kills all infections not just Lyme but I do take other stuff to get clear of the bugs. It helps heal mental anguish and remove negativity. I have only just started taking it myself.
I also did Holosync to help me meditate better.

Bioresonance may help - a practitioner might be able to pick up issues your doctor could have missed, like parasites, infections, heavy metal toxicity. All these things can be behind what you are experiencing.

I have Lyme and have always felt wired, stressed with a lot of negative thoughts. These are things that have helped me over time and I swear they have changed things for me. Its a process. I had too many allergies at first to work on killing the primary infection and detoxing. That’s why I got a rife machine. The stress is still there a little because the eradicating Lyme is still a work in process.

I try to meditate and can now but it was impossible earlier on and I work to stay positive and clear. It was never something I could overcome without working on my health and finding products and services that would support me.

At the emotional and spiritual level you are psychic and more sensitive and aware and picking up energies all around you. I am a bit the same I can pick up vibrations like you are doing. It means you are a very good and sensitive person and probably very compassionate. It's a big lesson in protecting your energies and creating boundaries at all levels in your life. Relationships, spiritual and emotionally. Some energy healers report they can help people with this and they may be able to help you. But you also have to create a sanctuary for yourself and know how to hold onto it. I went to a few of them but only got temporary relief - but that was my experience. I have read a lot on boundaries and made it a project to recognize where I need to draw the line to stay healthy emotionally and personally. As my core energies got stronger I got a better sense on my wholeness and inner sense of unity. I did most of this before I got the Spooky2 so I haven't had to find frequencies, I needed it to help with my infections - I cant help you with dealing with psychosis. Maybe someone else can come along and give you that kind of info. I can only offer what I have found on my own.

5. I would also recommend Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and The Emotion Code.
They are both very powerful in allowing us to make the shift. (See attachments.)


6. You may want to rule out nutritional issues first. Check out the safe and simple, cheap and cheerful orthomolecular medicine - "the treatment of disease by the provision of the optimum molecular environment, especially the optimum concentrations of substances normally present in the human body."
