Question regarding sleep/insomnia frequencies: Is it best to add those frequencies right before bed or do you just through them into the mix with all of them?

What I do is have a program that includes relaxation. Muscles relax, and other relaxation sets the database may have. I also have several sleep, sleep deeper sets. I run on sinewave, 4-5 volts. Put on between 6-7pm.

Right before bed, I remove the relax ones except relax muscles I run all night.

I look in bottom right of program pane to see how long one loop runs, add up how many hours to run to turn off 30 min before getting up. I adjust in the settings pane Repeat Program and Dwell Time so it turns off when I want it to stop.

This is my preferred sleep program. Runs every night.
