The solffegio frequencies: 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, and 852 do not have the word of caution.
Only the DNA sets: DNA and DNA Nucleotides + WBC RC etc (ALT), DNA Integrity Stimulate (XTRA), and DNA Repair (CAFL) have the word of caution.
While it states contains Solfeggio frequency - use with caution, I would suspect that it is due to the non-solfeggio frequencies that are paired with them, like 731, 732, 537.8, 543.4, etc...
Since this was designed to affect your DNA, and is doing so on the premise of the Solfeggio which not everyone agrees with, the warning to use caution is valid.
If you do not understand the realm of Solffegio and how it is at odds with say the 432 Hz realm, then I suggest a good fortnight of research is in order before you use them.
Comments
None of this is very helpful.
1/ Is Rife technology designed to help sick people? Yes/No
If the answer is 'yes', then the information needed to make the technology both usable and functional should be clear and well researched. If the answer is 'No', then Rife technology is useless.

2/ The "Solfeggio frequencies" are part of a (Spooky2) database containing 28,205 sets of frequencies. Are these sets of frequencies well researched? Yes/No.
If the answer is "Yes", then there should not be any controversy. If the answer is "No", then the frequencies should not be included in the database until they are well researched.
3/ Is Rife technology designed to inflate the natural ego-tripping tendency of knowledge based people? Yes/No
If the answer is 'Yes', the interest is clearly in the technology and not in the healing. That being the case, go back to question 1. If the answer is "No", proceed to question 4.

4/ Do sick people -- some of them with life threatening/terminal diseases -- have time to invest in two weeks of research before deciding to use a set of frequencies that 'may or may not' promote DNA repair? Yes/No
If the answer is "Yes", then go back to question 2, 3 and 1. If the answer is "No", then provide usable and functional technology based on clear and well researched information.
