I completed step one of the Terrain protocol and felt pretty awful. I am now wondering if it's indicative of heavy metals still in my system. Would it be wiser for me to repeat this step again? How do I know when it's time to move on to the next step?

It is important to remove all the heavy metals in your body before progressing to the second stage. Please give your body a rest until you have recovered fully, and then repeat step one. Your reaction should be reduced since the first session would have removed most of the heavy metals in your body.
