After continuous using of 9 hours, I feel quite unwell, is this side-effect?

In your case you really should limit your usage to around 2hrs in any one session and then have a break. Within that two hrs try to get 12-20 repeats of a program (modify the dwell time).

I would simplify what you are doing down to one set at a time. In this way, you will find out which set or sets make you feel unwell. If you feel unwell on a set then you should turn it off and try another one. In addition to this, rather than using say 20V amplitude you may find that you are better if you use only 2V or even less, such as 0.2V. Please report your findings back to the forum - we are all learning something new every day.
