On the KHZ, it says to set at 100% offset. Does this mean set at 100% offset on the Out-1 and Out-2 or Out-1 only. One other thing, does the 100% offset require the positive (+) sign?

The KHZ database is from Hulda Clark, she recommended to always have the waveform above zero volt.
If you use Spooky boost, it is 100% on out1 and -100% on output 2.
Btw, you do not need + if it is positive.
