Where do the ear and finger clip attach to?

This short answer is that you use the generator and either a remote or contact to transmit the frequencies to your body, and the pulse heart rate monitor to send the feedback on how your body responds back to Spooky2.

To do this, you wear either the ear clip or finger clip sensor, which uses an infrared sensor to monitor the blood flow. Usually one wears the sensor on the left side of the body where the pulse is stronger.

Ear clip - left ear, or between thumb and index finger - in the web.
Finger clip - left hand finger where the fit is secure and provides a stable reading. I start with the middle finger and adjust from there.
