If you are currently running Spooky, you need to double normal/healthy water intake during your treatment time.
For a person NOT running Spooky treatments, the rule of thumb is to drink a half ounce of water per pound of body weight. So a 150 pound person needs to drink 75 ounces of water daily (2.3 quarts).
In metric measurements you need to drink 30 ml water per kilogram of body weight. A 70 kg person needs to drink 2.1 liters of water daily.
When you are running Spooky, remember you need to double the normal amount of water consumption.
Here are tips for more successful water consumption.
Drink smaller quantities more often throughout the day, say 4 ounces or 100 ml at a time.
Don't drink water 30 minutes before eating, and don't resume water until the food has left your belly. For a heavy meal, this could be 2.5 hours, but for a light meal of just watermelon, this might be 30 minutes. This will increase your hydrochloric acid in your stomach for better digestion.
If you are well hydrated, your urine should be clear. If it is yellow, you are dehydrated. If it is orange, you are super dehydrated.
If you feel you are peeing out the water as soon as you drink it, you may need to include a few times a day a little unrefined sea salt, as in celtic sea salt. Just put a grain of celtic salt on your tongue and let it dissolve there, and after the salt dissolves, drink your water.
