It’s been authoritatively estimated that to produce the same effectiveness as one Contact Mode session, you need to apply the same frequencies between 10-20 times in a row in Remote Mode. So, a contact session Program that takes 30 minutes would take 5-10 hours to produce the same effect remotely.
